First of the Seraphim is ready! Didn't turn out as good as I wished she did, but till turned out better than I had expected after screwing a bit...

God damned paint was slightly too thick, and for a moment I though I ruined the mini. Luckily it isn't as bad after all... Here we go with pics:

Wsparcie powietrzne Sióstr Bitwy.

Pierwsza z Seraphim gotowa! Nie wyszła tak dobrze jak początkowo chciałem, ale i tak lepiej po tym jak trochę zwaliłem...

Cholerna farba była trochę za gęsta i przez chwilę myślałem, że spieprzyłem figurkę... Ale na szczęście wcale tak źle nie wyszła. Oto zdjęcia:






Możecie też głosować na nią na CMONie tu. (Aktualna ocena: . Poprawcie! ;))

Plasma and my second experiment with OSL. Turned out waaay better than the first one on dwarf miners. It sucked. I'm not going to show you.

Here are the WIP shots of a kitbashed Rough Rider. Once I get parts for more of them I'll post a lil' guide on how I did them.


A detail shot on the lance. In case you're dying to know it's stolen from Vampire Counts Skeletons box for WFB.


The horse on the other hand is stolen from Imperial Outriders, also from WFB.


Now the Seraphim WIP shots. Please please comment on the armor. Namely the right leg, the only finished part so far.




And now the least fancy part. SOme simple conversions of Eviscerators on Veteran Superior and the Canoness.

Oddział melduje gotowość do akcji!

Proszę bardzo, mnóstwo zdjęć. Skończyłem pierwszy oddział gwardzistów! A dalej WIPy Seraphimki, o której naprawdę chciałbym usłyszeć jakieś komentarze, i kilka konwersji - a konkretnie Rough Rider i diwe Siostrzyczki.

Najpierw zdjęcie rodzinne! (Pamiętajcie, że zdjęcie można kliknąć aby powiększyć. ;) )



Po prostu uwielbiam wyraz twarzy tego gwardzisty. Jego twarz i postura po prostu mówią: "Ach do diabła z wami cholerni kosmici, macie trochę tego!"


Plazma i druga próba z OSL-em. Wyszła o wieele lepiej niż pierwsza na krasnoludzkich minerach. Była do kitu. Nie pokażę wam.






Sierżant. Strasznie długo zastanawiałem się nad jego kolorem włosów. Na razie neich jest czarny. Ale sierżantów będzie o wiele więcej niż tylko ten więc...



Okopany Lascannon!


A tu zdjęcia WIP Rough Ridera. Jak dorwę części na resztę oddziału wrzucę jakiś poradnik jak ich zrobiłem.


Zbliżenie na lancę. Jeśli bardzo chcecie wiedzieć, ukradłem ją z boxa szkiełetów do Vampire Counts - WFB.


Konik z kolei jest ukradziony z Imperialnych Outriderów, też z WFB.


A tu WIP Seraphimki. Bardzo proszę o komentarze dotyczące zbroi, a konkretnie prawej (jej prawej ;p) nogi - jedynego gotowego elementu.



I najmiej ciekawa część. Proste konwersje Evisceratorów dla Veteran Superior i Canoneski.

I meant to upload some pics, but right now I'm stuck with no camera and no Photoshop to do anything with the pics...

Anyways, another parcel consisting of a Hellhound, yet another box of Cadians... and a box of Seraphim has arrived. Been busy putting the Hellhound together. Also finally finished the Rough Rider I've been making for a while now. Would upload pics if... yeah. Guess I'll upload them already undercoated or most likely in some WIP painting status if not finished.

As for Seraphim, yes, this is an IG army with WH allies. Gonna be lots of fun. I've got a converted Canoness for them already, but she's in white undercoat, pics won't be too clear, so I guess I'll finish her first. And that's gonna take some time since I really want to give her a special paintjob.



Expect plenty of pics on Monday, if not earlier (Maybe I'll manage to launch the stuff). Also next week the 42nd is most likely going to fight its first battle, woo! Also expect second chapter of the fanfic sometime tomorrow. That is if anyone is actually reading this. Ah well, maybe I should advertise better? ;p

Anyways, I'm going to get that huge mass of Conscripts and the second Infantry squad undercoated...

Posiłki przybyły!

Miałem wrzucić zdjęcia, ale na razie utknąłem bez aparatu i Photoshopa żeby cokolwiek z nimi zrobić...

Ale cóż, dostałem następną paczkę zawierającą Hellhounda, kolejny box Cadian... i box Seraphom. Byłem zajęty składaniem Hellhounda. Skończyłem też wreszcie Rough Ridera, ktorego robiłem już od jakiegoś czasu. Wrzuciłbym fotkę ale... no właśnie. Wrzucę pewnie już spodkładowanego, a najprowdopodobniej w jakimś zaawansowanym stadium, jeśli nie skończonego.

Co do Seraphim, tak, to jest armia IG z sojusznikami z WH. Myślę, że będzie fajna. Mam już skonwertowaną Kanoneskę, ale jest w białym podkładzie , więc zdjęcie nie będzie za czytelne, dlatego skończę ją najpierw. A to trochę zajmie, bo chce ją naprawdę porządnie pomalować. h

Spodziewajcie się więcej zdjęć w poniedziałem, jesli nie wcześniej. (Może uda mi się to jakoś zrobić...). Poza tym 42 będzie prawdopodobnie walczyć w swojej pierwszej bitwie w przyszłym tygodnia, ha! Spodziewajcie sie też drugiego rozdziału fanfica gdzieś jutro. Oczywiście jeśli ktokolwiek to czyta. No cóż, może powinienem był lepiej sie reklamować. ;p

Coż, idę zabrać się za tą wielką bandę Konskryptów i drugi oddział piechoty - trzeba nałożyć podkład...

That's right, the first Hardened Veterans squad! I just finished converting them two hours ago or so.


42nd uses the Veterans doctrine, so it's just one of the three squads. But I'm fielding only one on smaller points so the army is almost ready for bashing. The sarge is the Emmet himself from The badlands of Zemthar. He's going to feature heavily there. And so I hope he'll feature heavily on the tabletop, roasting his enemies (and hopefully not himself) with his plasma pistol and cutting them to pieces with the power sword.

The Sergeant himself, made from metal Cadian officer. I bought a blister via online store and ended up with two officers with useless (for me) configuration. :p And then I realised that one fits the sarge profile perfectly...

If you check the Codex, you'll read that ranks lower than officers sometimes wear caps too, which is frowned upon by the officers themselves. It fits Emmet just perfectly.




Plasma is a dangerous weapon for friend and foe alike. This man lost his eye and burned half the face when his gun exploded. He managed to survive but has to wear an eyepatch ever since.




This one has heard Emmet's yells and is ready to charge the enemy, even if his weapon is only a small combat knife!




This veteran is trying to see the enemy in the distance but is blinded the sun of Zemthar. He'll be painted with an appropriate lightning.




And the last one - armed with special weapon - a lasgun! What? In the squad packed with plasma he really stands out with that lasgun... Notice the scope - BS4! ;)

Tak jest, pierwszy oddział weteranów! Skończyłem go konwertować jakieś dwie godziny temu


42 używa doktryny Veterans, więc to tylko pierwsze z trzech oddziałów. Ale na małe punkty wystawiam tylko jeden, więc armia jest prawie gotowa do walki. Sięrżant to sam Emmet z Pustkowii Zemtharu. Będzie tam jedną z głównych postaci i mam nadzieję, że tak samo będzie na stole, gidze będzie smażył swoich wrogów (miejmy nadzieję nie siebie) pistoletem plazmowym i ciął ich na kawałki swoim mieczem energetycznym.

Oto sierżant zrobiony z metalowego oficera Cadiańskiego. Kupiłem blister przez internet i skończyłem z dwoma niepotrzebnymi mi oficerami. :p I wtedy zorientowałem się, że jeden z nich idealnie pasuje na sierżanta...

Jeśli zajrzycie do kodeksu to przeczytacie, że rangi poniżej oficerów czasem też noszą czapki, co wywołuje wielkie niezadowolenie wśród oficerów. Idealnie pasuje to do Emmeta.




Plazma to niebezpieczna broń zarówno dla wroga jak i siebie. Ten człowiek stracił oko i poparzył pół twarzy, kiedy jego broń eksplodowała. Jakoś przeżył ale od tamtej pory musi nosić opaskę na oku.




Ten usłyszał nawoływanie Emmeta i jest gotowy do szarży na wroga, mimo że jest uzbrojony tylko w krótki nóż bojowy!




Ten weteran próbuje zobaczyć wroga w oddali, ale oślepia go palące słońce Zemthara. Pomaluje go z odpowiednim oświetleniem.




I ostatni - uzbrojony w broń specjalną - lasgun! No co? W oddziale wyładowanym plazmą naprawdę wyróżnia się z tym lasgunem... Zauważcie lunetkę - BS 4 ;)
